Dave is a lobbyist based in Olympia, WA. His client list includes a variety of clean energy and clean fuels clients including several clients involved in promoting and developing the production, distribution, dispensing and end uses of renewable and green electrolytic hydrogen.

He holds Bachelors and Master’s Degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering respectively, and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Washington State and New Mexico.
